M&J Consulting Group DBA M&J General Contractors was founded in 2009 by Marta and Cesar De Luna. This management team represents over 35 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry between Dominican Republic and Florida, USA.
We are a family owned & operated company. We have served the State of Florida since 2009, and are committed to delivering a quality product coupled with value and expertise. We are dedicated to our clients, and strive to not only meet their expectations, but to exceed them in every way possible. From budgets to punch lists, client satisfaction is a top priority.

Cesar De Luna
Is a licensed General Contractor in Florida and Managing Partner of M&J Consulting Group. It was his vision and desire to create a company that would merge his core ethical values of integrity, quality and superior craftsmanship.As a graduate of Civil Engineering from Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Dominican Republic; his love and appreciation for construction paired with a great respect for creative and mindful building confirmed his desire to make construction his life’s career.His scope of work has covered land development, custom luxury residential construction, heavy and commercial construction.
Marta De Luna
Marta serves as partner of M&J Consulting Group and focuses her efforts on project management and interior design.She earned her degree in Architecture from Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo (UASD), Dominican Republic.Marta brings 34 years of international and domestic experience in the field working with high-end clients.

M&J CGC offers full-service capabilities to design and construct any building our client request. Fundamentally, Design-Build embraces architecture/engineering and construction services under a single contract, thereby combining the roles of designer and constructor.
